Butterhills Escapes

Our beautiful Linhay has been rescued from a state of decay and ruin. Looking back maybe many people would have simply demolished this sad, unloved shell but we've managed to coax it into something wonderful by lavishing love and care upon it.

Everyone who worked on the project including all our local suppliers have been so positive, supportive and genuinely amazed at the transformation. Special thanks to a wonderful team which included our lovely architect friend Tor, brilliant builders Karl and Craig and the incredibly skilled carpenter Dan. We are delighted to invite you to enjoy a relaxing and carefree break in this wonderful space surrounded by the peace and tranquillity of unspoilt water meadows and ancient woodland.

This is a story of a labour of love and a building that refused to fall down, then showed us how truly beautiful it could be. We had no idea it was going to be so stunning and the project grew and flourished as time passed.
