OPEN ALL YEAR For long or short breaks

 

• Weekends from Friday for 3 nights

• Midweek breaks from Monday for 4 nights

• Short 2 night breaks from Monday or Wednesday
  (only available at certain times of the year)

• 5 night breaks from Friday (only available at certain times of the year)

• ​Week long breaks Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.
  (Wednesday to Wednesday at certain times of the year.)

Payment

A 25% deposit payment by card or bacs will secure your holiday booking.

The balance payment is due 8 weeks before your holiday.

Where your holiday is less than 8 weeks away when booking, the full amount is due for payment.

The Linhay

Capacity - Prices are for 2 people, there is space for 2 more with an additional cost of £10 per extra person per night up to a total capacity of 4 people.

Children - Children 5 and over are welcome with supervision from their parents. We're sorry but the Linhay is not suitable for children under 5. Please be aware that this is a natural site, with open water so parents are responsible for their children.

Dogs - You are welcome to bring up to 2 dogs at a charge of £20 per stay. They must be kept under control at all times due to the presence of wildlife & livestock, cleaned up after and kept off furniture. There are no fenced areas but we provide a tie out cable and there are several posts around the Linhay so you may tether your dog if you want to.  We have a list in the Linhay of beaches and local attractions that all welcome dogs and can tell you which of our fields do not contain livestock so that you may walk your dog freely.

• Wood-burner with all logs supplied 

• All towels and bedding provided

• Solar array for LED lighting & additional USB chargeable lanterns also supplied

• A digital detox as there's no Wi-Fi and limited phone signal depending on your network. 4G for O2, Vodaphone & Tesco; limited signal for EE & BT

• Firepit - enjoy time around an open fire under the stars, toast marshmallows, strum a guitar & tell tall tales

• BBQ - some charcoal supplied to get you started 

• Plug socket to charge devices in the garage by the parking area (there are no power sockets in the Linhay itself)
  PLEASE NOTE Domestic Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers are not suitable for use at the Property and will create a fire hazard. The use of domestic chargers for EVs is strictly forbidden.
